In the final days of the summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain expressed their interest in Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman. Although the move did not materialize, a recent report suggests that the Ligue 1 club remain keen on pursuing the Nigerian star.

In October, Sky Sport German Florian Plettenberg reported that Lookman is ready for a new challenge, fueling speculation over a possible winter transfer.

More recently, TEAMtalk noted that West Ham United are among several clubs monitoring the Atalanta winger. As teams consider his possible return to the Premier League, Atalanta are reportedly seeking more than £60 million for the transfer.

Lookman, currently under contract with Atalanta until 2026, is valued at around £25million. Although a January transfer seems unlikely, a transfer during the summer window could be more realistic.

According to GIVE ME SPORTArsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have been keeping a close eye on the 26-year-old over the past year, with scouts from all four clubs monitoring him recently.

Italian journalist Paolo Paganini shared with TuttoMercatoWeb that the Ligue 1 club remains interested in Lookman, even after missing out on his signature at the end of the summer transfer window.

” Look at ? I know PSG’s summer interest has remained intact,” Paganini said. “He is on Paris Saint-Germain’s shopping list, but it remains to be seen whether Atalanta can do without someone like Lookman in January.”
